How it works
  1. 1Your wallet sends 0.001 ZEC to the ledger address with the deploy memo.
  2. 2After two confirmations the ledger folds it in. The first valid deploy of a ticker wins; later ones are ignored.
  3. 3The coin shows up on /coins and anyone can buy at your price until supply runs out.
  4. 4Every state root is published, so anyone with the viewing key can replay the ledger and check the result.
